Oyhut Bay Selects Goldener for Vacation Rentals

The Developers of the Oyhut Bay seaside village in Ocean Shores Washington have named Goldener Inns and Resorts, as operator of their Vacation Rental Program at the property. Goldener is an affiliate of Vortex Managers of Seattle.
"Vortex principals have been consulting with us for over two years as we planned this amazing new community and have given us great insight on how best to build a world-class vacation rental program for both owners and guests," said Stavros Anastasiou developer of Oyhut Bay.
Oyhut bay consists of 36 existing luxury condominiums in the 4 story Outlook building, to be followed by over 200 custom cottages and homes. Since constructed started in April 2015, 25 new homes have already been built plus a display center. Many second home owners at Oyhut will choose to offer their homes for week-end or weekly rentals through Goldener.
Goldener has created an impressive ecommerce rental website at OyhutBayVacationRentals.com patterned after the main Fusion Happens advertising agency of Seattle.
The website includes complete information on every home, along with High Dynamic Range photos, panoramas, floor plans, and videos, special rates and packages, so guests can see and pick accommodations, then book online 24/7. Guests are also welcome to phone attentive agents 8AM to 8PM everyday of the year.
Located on the south end of the Ocean Shores Peninsula, the development sits astride the Oyhut Bay Wildlife Reserve renowned for its birds, fish and other wildlife. Visitors will be able to wander the bay, go crabbing, or take a level walk to the Pacific Beaches for clam digging or sand castle building.
The new website also offers information from all over the North Beaches including events, things to do, shops, and restaurants.
